Jennifer has spent the last 15 years providing tax strategy and compliance services for closely held mid-size businesses and their owners. Her industry experience is in real estate, construction, manufacturing, death care, and various personal service providers. Jennifer also specializes in consulting on income tax nexus, transaction planning, dispute resolution with the IRS and other taxing jurisdictions, and family business succession planning.
Mrs. Milas graduated from Hood College, with a B.S. degree in Economics and Management with a Concentration in Finance. After earning the professional designation of Certified Public Accountant in the State of Maryland she attended American University in Washington DC where she received a master’s degree in taxation. Jennifer is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants. She is a dedicated member of the community and currently serves as Treasurer for the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce.
Jennifer leads the firm’s Tax department and enjoys contributing to the development of our staff. She resides in Frederick, Maryland with her husband and two children.
